Please note that you must email us to obtain the return address and further instructions. Do not send your purchase back to us without prior authorization, as it may result in delays or loss of your package.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. After approval, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
